Not able to find the filters Search bar and icons in the Jira Filters Page

Hi,

I'm unable to find the Search bar and icons in the Filters page.

Tried in all the browsers getting the same issue.
There is no firewall/technical issue blocking the page, it has been given full permission.
Works well in normal host, but doesn't work in Cloud environment.

Can you please suggest if there is a way to mitigate this issue?
