I have found the following steps to configure the invitation email to users. I cant find the customer invite option. Is this still possible on Cloud?

Yeah, sure. Go to:
Project Setting>Customer Notification>Customer Invited and edit the nmotification.
Thank you Edpo. I found that, I was looking for the option in a software project which obviously does not provide me that option.
