We are trying to add planning poker in to jira software. can you please guide us.

Go to Admin -> Apps -> Find new apps, enter "poker" into the search and then click "install" on the app you think is best for you.

I can recommend Foxly. We are using it internally for our poker planning session and we didn't face any issues.
