New org admin cannot access org

Question

Hi,

I added another Org admin to our org. When she attempts to access the admin page she is notified that she needs to create a new org.

She attempted to add an org (with the same name), and is now stuck in the domain creation process (which I already did for our org), and cannot cancel it.

She can still access all of the applications and appears in the in the users list as a site and org admin.

Any ideas what is causing this strand behavior?

In the user list we are both site and org admins:

It is as if she has a different organization with the same name.

She can, however access all of our applications (Jira, Confluence, etc), only not the admin area.

Hi @gilf

Did you try asking the user to navigate to admin.atlassian.com and see if the user can find your organization name?

Also, make sure to add the user to site-admins group
