About keyword search in CQL

Question

I want to do the following using the CQL of the confluence API.

Search for pages with a specific keyword title and a specific label name under the parent page

Is the above possible with CQL?

The individual specifications are known. I would like to know a concrete sample whether they are possible under AND conditions.

Yes, you can search the content by API
