nex-gen projects — how to creat an external Jira Issue collector form

Question

Can anyone suggest an easy way to create a form outside of Jira that creates Jira Tickets?

Zapier and Google Form? Something that Jira makes pretty difficult to do.

Issue Collector is not available for Next Gen Project

However you can create your own HTML form and use the  REST API to create issues in that project.

You can also use google form and there you need to use google script https://script.google.com/ which will run the REST API after submitting form. But here you will need someone export.
