How to modify original filter and which created by admin

We have used Jira software and the administrator has created a filter query. After myself also another administrator. But another could not modify the filter.

How we can modify filter? Is there any option is available to edit?

Hi @Karuppu - You have two options:

If you're a Jira Admin, you can go to System >> Manage Filters and change the owner of the desired filter.
Assuming this is a board filter, you can make a copy of the filter and then change the board to use the copy.

@Karuppu , you can ask the creator of the filter to add you or the administrator group as "Editors"..

Or.. you can change the ownership of the filter to you and do the same..
