After putting my tasks in the done column, with the status done in the Jira. When I try to close the last sprint, they're do not appear as concluded. Even if try to open newsprint they all go to the next sprint.

Is the Done status (and Done column) the last column on your board? That is the only way an issue is considered completed - if it is in the last column and regardless of the status.
