Hello, Atlassian team !

Please, provide me with the following information

Can we plan resources in JIRA DC? Can we see how they are allocated in project,  are they free or buisy at this moment  doing some work, to realize, how to assign separate people to other tasks?

Also, I need information, can we lead Waterfall projects in JIRA DC? Can we create plans like MS project? 

I will appreciate if you provide me this info

You may have to look into add-ons for Jira for example this one below. For those projects plans, you can look into Confluence.
