Microsoft OneDrive for Business displays a Spreadsheet in edit, but when Published only shows a link

Hi all,

Bit of an odd one. If I go to embed an excel sheet into a page, the preview will work just fine, and shows up just as expected in the editor, but as soon as I publish the page, it will on its first load up, look like it's trying to display the file, but then the viewer vanishes and all I get is the file link in it's place.

Reloading the page doesn't even show the view panel then too.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Pramodh.

I have the Onedrive Business for Confluence app installed, which I assumed would cover the issue: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221882/microsoft-onedrive-for-business?tab=overview&hosting=cloud

I'm less looking at smart link cards, and more want the file itself to embed into place. Google Drive seems to work, its just trying to embed via a company sharepoint that seems to not work.

Are you using any add-ons macro to display the Excel using Link?

Maybe the view permission of the other application must be set to anyone or restrict it to only with links!!
