My name is Cleiton Borges and my company got JIRA and Confluence. I need create a JIRA dashboard with gadget confluence, but at JIRA not appeared a gadgets conflunce.
I need install or configure some thing ?

You will have to create application links between the two and then add it using the gadget URL. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Adding+a+Confluence+Gadget+to+a+JIRA+Dashboard
If you're using OnDemand, JIRA OD does not include the other applications' gadget feeds in its gadget directory by default. You will need Support to add it in for you.
