Allow non-project admin to turn off notifications

Question

Hello,

We don't give out the project admin role because all of our projects are set up in the same way and feed to leadership dashboards. We don't want individual project managers making changes to workflows, components, etc.

Our project teams often do CSV loads into Jira. They need to request access from our jira admins to turn off notifications before they do that.

Has anyone found a work around that would allow non- project admins to turn off notifications?

I was hoping someone had created a workaround with an app or something.

We have a separate notification scheme to turn off notifications. As Admins, we flip it when someone is going to load a CSV. I'd rather them be able to flip that without being project admins.
