How to get the list of tickets which has x person as assignee when the ticket was in y status?

Question

* I need to get data for individual team members as who worked on how many tickets and details of those tickets.* The problem is, through the whole life span of the ticket it gets assigned to many people at different statuses of a ticket.
* The only status for any developer to evaluate that they have actually worked on it is, "In Progress". But I cannot use 'assignee was'. Since many people were the assignee for the doc approval / doc review / QA process of that ticket.
* And unfortunately, I can't use status changed to "In Progress" BY Alexis

As there are some cases also in which the ticket was moved in the board by scrum master/leads or by someone else from the team.

* So, my question is like this:
Is there any way that I can write JQL like the assignee was "Certain person" when the ticket status was "In Progress"?

- Time in Status report for each assignee.

- Total time each assignee has been working on a particular issue.

- Average time report for each assignee.
