You are welcome @Rasha zein aldein

Yes, you can customize it on your own. Add-ons have public user guides. You can evaluate the add-on at first because there are different theming add-ons with different features.

HI @Tansu Akdeniz

thanks for your suggestion, if I used the theme I will be able to customize the help center as I wanted to be right?

no need for anything else! after I install it!

Hi @Rasha zein aldein,

If you want to go for a nicely looking help center that also comes with features like a Google Analytics integration, custom redirects, or even SSO, I can recommend taking a look at our app Scroll Viewport for Confluence.

With it, you can publish your Confluence spaces as a website and using the Help Center theme, you can design it to your own needs. If that's not enough, you can even use custom CSS and JS to fully customize your help center.

Here are some example help centers that are running on Scroll Viewport:

* The K15t help center (our own)
* https://help.livelyapps.com/
* https://help.easyagile.com/
* https://docs.adaptavist.com/

Hope this helps!

Cheers,
Sven
