Nothing changed when logout then login again.
It's happened with Chrome browser. When I switch to Safari, it works.
We found that disabling the Chrome plugin "Redux DevTools" resolved this for one of our staff.
Am seeing the same issue, just upgraded Chrome to latest v97.0.4692.71
Safari & Firefox fine.
Blank project boards and multiple console errors.

By upgraded Chrome to latest v97.0, api failure is gone, but still blank project boards.
instead api failed, jira sent some error requests like that:

Disabling Redux Devtools worked for me too. But after updating Chrome I was able to re-enable them and still see my board.
