I need to be able to copy issues from one parent issue to another parent issue of the same type

This seems to be a common tasks handled by numerous project tools.  I need to be able to copy one to many issues from one item to another item of the same type.  I've spent hours going through these forums and trying different add ons.  But I can't seem to find the solution.,  Can someone help please?

 

i.e.  Story 1

subtask 1

subtask 2

 

copy subtask 1 (as new )

copy subtask 2 (as new)

 

to another story in the same project.

 

Or copy

story 1

subtask 1

subtask 2

to story (as new)

subtasdk
