Is there any way to make the team members available to move only their own task?

Hi, I'm working with my team using Jira for product managing and just got a request from members that if there's any function to restrict the authority for moving tasks on Kanban.

For example, userA could only move tasks assigned to him/herself between columns on Kanban. and cannot move the status of tasks that is assigned to other members or not assigned. (except admin)
I know that there is the function "only my issues" but just want to check if there's other function to let us prevent the team from moving other member's tasks.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

It’s possible to restrict who can transition an issue between statuses.

For company-managed projects:

Go to Project settings > Workflow > Click to edit the workflow > Select the Diagram mode.

Click on the transition and select Conditions.

Click on Add condition > Only Assignee Condition > Add.

After adding the same condition for each transition, click on Publish Draft at the top, select to save a copy, and Publish.

When someone that it’s not the assignee tries to move an issue to another column, it will show this message:

For team-managed projects:

Go to Project settings > Issue types > Select the issue type and click to Edit workflow.

Click on the transition and then, Rule.

Click on Restrict who can move an issue > Select. On Only allow these people to move issues using this transition, select The issue’s assignee > Add.

To save the changes, click on Update workflow > Save.

This is the message that shows if other than the assignee tries to move the ticket to another column:
