I have the reuirement to limit a group of persons rights to e.g. create global templates without giving them the possibility to change global site settings (e.g. security, users,...).
Is there a way to limit rights at the site level?
If not:
- would it be possible to create a space template and promote /export / import that to a global template (cloud)?
- would that impose any limitations? (e.g. only a subset of possibilities opposed to global templates, limitation of availability of plugins,....)
