Hi,
I would like to know how to customize adding more columns in the customer interface in JIRA SERVICE MANAGEMENT.
I specifically want to add more columns to be seen.

But it allows set of fields for now. to add more custom fields into that it might be possible as i found a feature request for same here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-9705 please check out and vote for this.
