Automations to create new project based on transition

Hello, 

I am trying to create an automated work flow that will go across several projects

 

• Business project to track leads / sales
• Production project to track production
• Deployment project to track installation 

 

I am trying to create an automation for when an order is received / submitted within the business project, it'll create an issue / notification for the production and deployment projects to begin tracking the new order

 

Is there a way have a rule for when the business project issue is transitioned to "hard order" or "Done" status, it can direct the user to submit a confluence form to create a new issue in the production and deployment projects?

It sounds like what you want is to have an automation rule that will email someone with a link to create a new project. The rule would fire based on a trigger when the issues is transitioned to a particular status.
