not able to access the portal

We have working on SSO with Azure and some configuration issue we are not able to login

A few questions:

Do you have an Atlassian Access subscription?
Did you already set up the configuration between SSO and Azure in Atlassian Access?
Are you currently unable to access your Cloud instance?
