Sprint Health Gadget not showing accurate work complete

Hi,

Sprint Health Gadget not showing accurate work complete, the first week of Sprint it was at 6% and it froze there and though the team move the issues to done it does not update the work complete after this we still see at 6% complete. Please help.

Do the issues that are moved to done have a resolution?  This is what I find to be a common reason why the Sprint Health Gadget doesn't update properly.
