Why don't I have the 'Create Sandbox' button? I am the site and org admin.

I'd like to create a sandbox Jira instance but do not have a link or button to do so as stated in the post:  Manage product sandboxes | Atlassian Support

Any insights or help would greatly be appreciated.

hi @Judy Colonero , Sandbox only applies to Premium and Enterprise. That is emphasized at the top of the article in the blue info pane.
