Couldn't link the Jira mobile app. in Slack

I found a bug when I tried to link to Jira or Confluence mobile version by Slack.

It couldn't reach the app version but only the web version in the Slack app.

I already delete cash and application several times but still happend.

How can I fix this issue?

You need to install the app first in Slack to connect with Jira

Hi @[deleted], does this fix the problem?

To be taken to the Jira mobile app from a deep link in a Slack message (rather than viewing Jira’s web version within a browser), adjust your Slack settings:

Open Slack on your Android mobile device.
Select You in the bottom navigation bar.
Select Preferences.
Select Advanced.
Disable ‘Open web pages in app’.
