Is it possible to install marketplace plugins on Jira OnDemand?
If so, how?
I'm specifically looking at the JIRA Calendar Plugin

I'm sorry to say that it isn't possible to install plugins into OnDemand unless they are bundled by the developers, so it isn't possible to install plugins from the Marketplace into OnDemand instances. While, as others have pointed out, it's not possible to install additional plugins from the Marketplace, JIRA OnDemand does include several bundled plugins that have been tested for use with OnDemand, and this includes the JIRA Calendar Plugin that you're looking for.
