I am using Power-Up Jira for Trello and I always receive this message when I try to create a new issue in Jira from Trello. Can you help me?

it works on my trello but I usually chose to login to trello with my Atlassian id.

Is your trello user the same as your Jira user?

Yes, I am using the same user id. I did a new test by disconnecting from both systems and logging in again. The problem persists.
