Jira Issue Collector Question

hi there, desperately trying to figure this out. please help, thank you in advance!!!

My former colleague created an issue collector that displayed on its own page and not through a trigger button. I'm told he just provided the static REST URL and Collector ID, whatever that means.

This old issue collector no longer works, I need to replace his issue collector with my own from the HTML page (embedding the HTML/javascript that Jira provides didn't work). The button solution that Atlassian offer doesn't work with our UI (even though it works) but I need to pop open a new page that displays the issue collector without the button.

This is related to the erroneously closed issue JRASERVER-66220

Atlassian, pretty please, could you please fix it?!!

Hi Angelica, I don't see the "this affects my team' option? Do you know if a fix will be developed any time soon? This is a huge deal for a very large organization.

Hi Olga,

You need to be logged in on https://jira.atlassian.com/ to view the option. Once you log in, you will be able to see the “This affects my team” and also the watch option on the right side.

Hi Angelica, it sounds like it's not very likely this is going to be addressed; or at least that it would be addressed immediately, right?

I still don't see the option "This affects my team", despite being logged in. Here is what's available under People:

Feel free to add a comment on the Bug ticket with the details of how it affects your environment.

For now, we must wait for our developer team to work on the bug fix. If they have updates, they will post them on the description of the ticket.
