Hello community i want to configure jira service management to send email it will generate ticket

-problem that am facing i can only send email to @xxx.atlassian.net

i want to send from my Gsuite email

i want to ask you about something after reading the tutorial is there to send email from group of email

for exemple in my Gsuite admin i have group called support@domaine.com that contain 2 membre

i want to create task every one who send email to this group will generate ticket in jira service management
