Jira Cloud Webhook not working when ssl offloading is enabled

I have an webhook configured that points to a proxy server running nginx.

All works fine on SSL, but when i enable SSL Offloading on the nginx, we stop receiving traffic from Jira Cloud. I am using wildcard certificate from Digicert.

If I enable ssl offloading, I can receive traffic using postman, ... but not from Jira Cloud

Found the issue, I was missing the intermediate certificate in my chain
