Issue message on Roadmap display

I am unable to access/view my roadmap because of the following message:

Too many issues to display the roadmapYour roadmap isn't available because the board filter contains over 3000 issues.  Adjust the board filter to reduce the number of issues, and continue using your roadmap. Learn more about troubleshooting the roadmapI have adjusted the board to hide completed issues older than 1 week which should bring our DONE tickets below 3000 but the issue is still there. The board consists of about 7 epics that stories get assigned to. Do I need to close out the epics as well and start new epics once they exceed 3000 complete subtasks

Hi Hannah,

Yes, 3,000 issues on a single board is very unmanageable. It sounds like you need to close some of those epics or remove the Done Epics from the board.
