Public link toggle is not showing in my Confluence settings

You can only use public links if you have removed anonymous access. Go to global permissions and check that the anonymous access is turned off.
Hi, I do have the same problem as Fidaa, checked the global permissions and I have restricted anonymous access. Eventhough, I am not able to see the "public link" toggle.
Apparently Atlassian has disabled the feature until further notice.
