Unable to display the added Labels in JIRA

Hi Team,

We are trying to add labels to defect/bugs in product, but the labels added are not visible to anyone. I have tried adding it through administrator role and also from superadmin account, but from both places - it is not reflecting to the team members. Initially it was reflecting to me but after a certain time now they are not in my records also.

Could you please guide us with the steps on how to add labels to the defetcs.

I have checked for the same, there are no existing entries, these are the new entries we are adding.

please could you check that Label field is existing in view screen associated to defect/bugs in the project?
