Capacity counter add-on issue

Hi there.

I want to install the Capacity counter add-on and get the following error message - "We ran into a little trouble. It might just be a hiccup. Try again in a bit". How can I deal with this?

P.S. I am using free plan.

You have managed to solve it, you can always open a ticket to atlassian support or contact the seller of the addon
