I have shared a dashboard with the project wherein multiple filters are used for different gadgets and for all those filters I have double-checked they are not set to private. My issue is all required team members are able to access and view the dashboard except for two of them.
Instead, the message that they see on the screen is ''Welcome to JIRA if you have questions about JIRA and how it works refer to the training tutorials"
I am not sure as to what is the exact reason for this. Thanks!
