How do I pass the 'variable' to the JIRA macro on confluence?

now, I'm creating template for release note. I put 'variable' for and . And I wanted to put 'JIRA issue macro' which refers to both and variables as its JQL. So I want the user who creates a release note using this template to just put project key and release version as variables. and it will generate release note with and automatically. Please let me know how to do Thanks

Hi @beck By using native template functionality this is not possible to do as the templates are not dynamic. You need to explore third party plugins on Atlassian Marketplace

If you were on the Server version, I would tell you to write a user macro. Would be a fairly straighforward task. Alais, you are stuck on Cloud.
