I'm trying to configure the automatic creation of groups at gitlab using ScriptRunner.
ls there a library for groovy? like this python lib https://github.com/ezbz/gitlabber
Why don't you just connect to the GitLab REST API from Groovy?
ScriptRunner offers a nice syntax to make REST calls: https://docs.adaptavist.com/sr4jc/latest/features/script-console/script-examples
