缺陷管理中添加了自定义字段（非官方通用字段），是否可以作为筛选器/过滤器使用？希望通过自定义的自定义字段值，得到需要的视图。

Sure, You can use basic mode or JQL mode to filter custom fields.
But I can't add a custom configuration what i create new one as a filter。

你是说你没有权限新增自定义字段，还是无法在查询界面找到你新增的字段？
先确认一下，你用的是team-managed project(next-gen)，还是company-managed project(classic)？
