Seeking a solution to create a cataloging system for Confluence. Storing KB articles by product isn't very effective. Ideally, I am seeking a solution to reference our articles by type and target audience. Ie: Ability to separate white papers from Training doc's and onboarding articles within each product section. Also interested in highlighting newly published articles, while having the ability to track articles that should be deprecated.
