copy Fix version field from Parent to subtask with Error EDIT_ISSUES (Projects 11631)

I would like to set an automation to copy Fix version field content from parent to the subtask in team managed project, when it's updated. I did not test if it has sense because I encountered an error regarding permissions. It's a team managed project type with private restriction. Is that the issue ? What am I missing ?

Hi Agnieszka,

Please make sure that the "Actor" of that automation has the permission to edit in project access. So make sure the user in "Actor" has "Administrators" or "Members" role.

Hi @Yanty Ghani [ServiceRocket] thank you for your input. is the "Actor'' the creator of this automation so in this case me ? I have all of the required roles.

The "Actor" is in the "Rule Details" of the automation. Normally it would be this:

You just need to change the "Actor" to your name.
