When adding a collaborator to my Jira environment, he does not receive the link by email (nor in the spam) to be able to join the team. Do you know why this is the case?

Can you elaborate on “collaborator”? What exactly are you doing? Are you going to admin > user management and adding a user or are you adding an exiuser to a project or something else?
