I have to add a lot of customers to three different Service Management projects.

What is the best practice to do this?

@Max Krippendorf I would suggest using the API. You can use a script to process them. https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/intro/

There are also some apps in the marketplace for user / customer management.

Once you have added the People to Organization to one Project.

You can add the same Organization to different Projects as well.
