Personal Settings page errors out

I have a fairly new project in the free tier, and when I try to go to Personal Settings (for the first time) and it gives me this error:

Couldn't save your preferences

Something went wrong. Try again.

Reload this page

I see a couple 404's on the UI console (and network panel).

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Same here - wanted to change email notification settings and received same error.
