Deleted work logs are displayed in the burndown chart

One of the developers deleted the work log because the estimated time was entered incorrectly. A new estimated time was logged. However, the burndown chart shows both changes as RTE change. How can we remove the incorrect input so that the burndown shows only one, correct input?

Is there any way to fix it ? I also have the same problem. By mistake I added logs in week instead to hours. I deleted the logs in jira story to fix this. but these logs are now coming in burndown chart. How can I correct it there?
