Person who is dashboard owner and Part of Jira admins group cant edit Dashboard gadgets

Hi Guys,

I am in desperate need of help here Please.

On jira cloud for my client .I am in the following groups in Jira : Administrators, Jira-administrators and site admin.

My Client, lets call her Krokie for now, is in exactly the same groups as I am.

She has a dashboard to which she is the owner . She configured the gadgets on it and shared it with a project selected as viewers and the group Jira-administrators was added as editors.

The problem is :

I can edit , other Jira admins can edit , but the owner Krokie cant. Why would this be as we are in exactly the same groups and she is the owner.

Please help.

@Chris Scheepers Please check permission of all filters that are being used on that dashboard. Check if Krokie has EDIT access to all those used filters.

I can confirm I have shared all filters with Administrators group and can confirm that Krokie is part of that group:

Bare in mind she has access to all the filters she is the owner of the dashboard and here is her view : no edit button on gadgets to change filter : Also no button to add gadgets.

@Chris Scheepers Please refer your second screenshot. Can you please ask her to click on Edit button available in top right corner. Option to add new gadget and edit option to change filter will be available after clicking on Edit button.
