Can't move task from open to In-Progress

Im trying to move active sprint issue from open to in progress.

The issue moved before that flow:

Open->in progress->qa->DONE->reopen->qa->open.

In my workflow I have flow from open to In progress

There's a couple of things you could check here:

• click through on the Start Progress transition from the above screenshot and check if there are any conditions or validators that may prevent you from executing the transition;
• check the permission scheme of the project(s) your issue is in and make sure you have the transition issues permission in that project;

There's a good chance the problem is linked to one of those things. A couple of things that may help you diagnose, are these:

• is it just one issue that you can't transition, or all of them? If it's one issue, find out what makes it different from other issues;
• is it just you who can't transition issues or is everyone experiencing the problem? If it's just you, then it is likely a permissions issue. If it's everyone, then it is more likely to be workflow related.
• does your board contain issues from multiple projects? If so, do these projects share the same workflow, settings and permissions?
