Hi @jhandal Welcome to the Atlassian Community! As mentioned by @carolyn french please raise a support ticket with Atlassian Support for this issue.
One on my users reported today exactly the same issue with the same error code. Yesterday Confluence worked for them and today does not and the same behaviour is reported.

I have created an Atlassian support ticked and was informed that this was fixed in backend.
"Atlassian has turned off a feature from backend which used to look for a function not available on the older version of Safari.
Root cause: This was caused by a mediaQuery method missing in older versions of Safari."
