Suspended Account help us!!

Question

I want to resubscribe from my Jira account. I didn't find resubscribe button and I have been updated my credit card number, it's doesn't take any effect. Besides that, my Jira account being suspended since Yesterday, and I try to contact the Atlassian team 24 hours ago didn't receive any solution until now.
Can you help us? Because we need to solve this problem faster.

Checking the ticket that you created with our Billing & Licensing team, I saw that they already reactivated your Cloud site. Both Jira Software and Confluence are active.

@Fransiscus Pandhu Regawa I escalated this post when I replied last time.  Will keep an eye on it and continue to ping Atlassian to help move it forward.

Thank you before @Brant Schroeder , but I have already contacted Atlassian through support issue didn't get any response, and just waiting until now since around 24 hours ago.
