Just Task and Story should be visible in the kanban, I don't want to show other issuetype such as Epic and Subtask etc. Please help me to configure this.

Yes you can achieve this by using Filter Query.
1. Go to your Kanban Board, then click on board and choose Configure board.
On General tab, then click on Edit Filter Query.
2. After clicking this you will redirect to Advanced search where you can Advance JQL.
As you want that only Task and Story should be visible then Your JQL will look like a
Project=ABC AND Issuetype in("Story","Task") and click on Save As.
3. After click on Save as New Popup will open, Where you can give your filter name and Submit.
4. After Submit, Click on Details and Edit Permission and Where you can select Viewer of your Filter and Board too.
5. Finally Go back to board and click on Saved Filter and Search for your New filter(EX. Story and Task)
