Same error, but there is not "excerpt include" on the page..?

It still fails to load any Confluence page for me, it seems that this issue only happens to me, as it works well for my colleagues.
Any ideas on how to fix it? Already tried to clearing the cache, local & session storage, restarting computer - nothing helped. Incognito mode didn't help either.
P.s.
This issue happens on Safari, while on Chrome it works well.
