I want to add the 'List' feature to the side bar of my company-managed software project. I don't see it as an option in features, so any help is appreciated!

i see. so List is only a business project thing. In SW projects Issues replace the List option. Unsure why Atlassian illustrates these differently. Maybe in time this will all converge.
